The hotel had a lot of character and was very unique, but it was very hot, making it hard to sleep. The room looked nothing like the picture we were shown when we booked and was absolutely disgusting.
Initially faced some issues with the room readiness and cleanliness, but the staff accommodated us in a more suitable tower. The stay was comfortable despite some temperature challenges. Service encountered delays and maintenance issues, impacting the overall experience.
The hotel is situated in a convenient location for my needs; however, getting to Rexall Place was not ideal. The staff were welcoming and quick to respond, but adjustments were slow. The dining experience was not satisfying for three out of five breakfasts, but the vegetarian and vegan dishes were excellent.
